What should next day sore feel like?

I feel confident in my jelk and uli technique but I have never felt sore the next day is a good indicator that you will make girth gains soon?

about discolouration - I think that mine is caused by the let out blood which sort of stays on the surface underneath the skin….
After it is engorged fully from the wrap, you may have to loosen the wrap a little to allow circulation.
