Jambaz I would also think both, the hard part is finding the perfect balance of rest and work, it’s different for everybody.

It took about a year before I felt my dick was allright again, during that period it felt like it was actually broken right at the base.
I have tried different schedules and nothing seems to change.
As fast as I could, I got up and put my dick, which was hard as rock, in my pants down my leftleg while standing in an angle of about 120 degrees.

Does it break down the tissue in order for it to rebuild itself, just like with bodybuilding?
Say I was doing a routine for length + girth and I finally reached my length goal and just knocked off the stretching, would I probably see more of a girth increase than when I was gaining length before?
Something to do with the ligs, that much I’d say for sure.
After my PE session i really never have had that “pumped up look” last longer than 5 minutes.Id like to know if this is a problem or just the way my penis reacts.
The trick is to find a routine that lets you feel comfortable both while doing it and after you’ve done it.
My routine 10 minute manual stretches all down 10 minute fowfer stretch (2x 5 min each) 20 minutes 60-80% jelq 2 10 sec horses every 10 minutes during jelqs Have had slight gains sence i started but have always had trouble mesuring so dont have a starting point.
If you could tell me a workout to start with and continue with in the future you’d be helpin me out ALOT!

I can go 20 to 30 minutes during intercourse and the change is fantastic.
I will say one thing though.
Possibly a tear, like you said When you have a routine that works length and girth, GM When you have a routine that works length and girth, say the newbie routine, and you’re gaining a good amount of length but no girth, is this at all due to the fact that you’re gaining length?
I did only stretching and intense jelqing for length and clamping, Ulis and horses for girth.
In my experience, Johnnno, most guys will either be more likely to gain one or the other, either length or girth.

mine is very sporadic sometimes it will be pumped up for hours and other times it will never get pumped up in the first place…what i think of when i see pumped up is veins, hanging low, red from all the blood, and a bigger than average head.
Or does jelqing just stretch and expand the penile tissue.

I’m rather new at this therefor some of the terminology is new as well.
