The trick is to find a routine that works length and girth, Im a newbie and i was looking over your threads and I came to the conclusion that theres about 6 different stretching tecniques and stretching time lengths with different reps and sets for all these.
Let me go ahead and sound ignorant just for the sake of getting answers.

I was wondering what jelqing actually does to the penile tissue.
This would mean that longer rest periods would be better.

So, the question I put before you, gentleman, is: can you explain or make an educated guess as to how that experience can be related to decreased erection strength and lower hang?

Possibly a tear, like you said When you have a routine that works length and girth, say the newbie routine, and you’re gaining a good amount of length but no girth, is this at all due to the fact that you’re gaining length?

All I have for girth right now is jelqing for 10 minutes and usually not at THAT high of an erection level (maybe 50-70%).
