Drumstick question - Tom or anyone else
Based on the illustratons on Tom’s page, you just position the sticks and start pulling, ok grip method that I’m having trouble picturing which level of erection would be the most effective to implement this new exercise.

I’m still confused…….I know that you say that you don’t have to be engorged to get gains.
I can do 15 minute with the sticks and start pulling, no partial erection or anything.
Just do it, man!
If you go nice and easy with 3 second storkes you may not get as hard.
I guess I’m so accustomed to the conventional 80% erect,
If you grab near the base, kegel, and pull like hell it will fill with blood.
Just do it!
If you kegel you’ll get hard.
What level of erection, if any, should I have when using the drumsticks?
