Well folks, the ‘experiment’ has been over for a while, and the lads and I were thinking of organising a new one.
also we’ll probably have several people doing their own routines as well…

Additionally, if you should choose in the future to try out some other stuff, you have a great foundation to leap from.
I’ve said this before and I’ve seen it in writing that the PC exercises can actually result not only better erections but an increase in L as well.

it would be even better though, if we could say, get a newbie on your program as well as you, and compare your results at the end, from exactly the same routine, but with different people/lifestyles.

Thing is, this time, we want to have some clear outlines on what exactly the experiment is trying to prove/disprove
The last one saw just a handful of guys trying a range of different techniques and then pretty much reporting progress and final results to the others.

the basic premise of the new one, I am trying to get to be, is have several people do the same workout, and another group does another etc to find which exercises are the most effective for what kinds of results…
You need to give them some leeway, though.

I don’t think a lot of guys are willing to change their current workout regimen for the sake of an experiment.
Perhaps they can be a sort of control participant to try and find out what exercises, or what combinations of exercises work best for which people, if you’re seeing good results from your current program, then that’s fine too.
