To be most effective at bodybuilding you have to switch your routine every so often (I do every month) in order to shock the muscle into growing.
I forgot all about it.
I mean when i read from some guys how they train there thing more than 1 hour a day)AND without gain, it’s was crazy and stupid from me.

If lifting weights helps erections, lifting should be good for PE.
ok I agree with you wadzilla but I think weightlifitng leads to overall better health and bloodlow…..which in turn helps Back in the day, Did you do PE exercises then?
Testosterone leads to a higher sex drive and and more regular unvoluntary erections, which means more blood flow is getting to the penis due to the extra testosterone.

I have tried the stretch, etc. I will not hang weights.
The penis isn’t a muscle so it won’t nessissarily respond the same way.

One of the main reasons is because it triggers the “grow or die” mechanism in the body.

This was over a period of two months I think that increased blood flow can be learned though breathing exercises.
Your body doesn’t need changes to become more flexable, just a constant amount of stretching.
but if PE is performed aswel, the extra blood flow and releases endorphins that will help you get through PE.
I could feel it puslating very rapidly as blood circulated through it.

I think good erections are important for growing dick.
I have gained 0.6 inches in girth since I started lifting.
On it’s own this would only temporarily gives firmer fuller erections, but if PE is performed aswel, the extra blood flow and extra hormones getting to the penis, could help the building process that the PE doing.
Heavy squating and deadlifting are so taxing on the body that afterwards the body starts to prepare for the worst because you are pushing it
They move your teeth with a constant level of pressure.
The other aspect is that heavy squating and deadlifting trigger the whole body into growing.
I do by the way have a good diet and do not smoke or drink.

These all are intended to confuse the muscle, which has become use to your normal routine.
If it is already worked out and the tissues and cells are healing this may actually speed up the process, or help expansion by engorgement.

Surfnitup, by belly breathing, do mean like how a baby breathes when just born?
It could be that with PE exercises and weightlifting or cardiovascular work that the increase blood flow helps to engorge your penis.
I’m kinda skeptical about those claims.
I kind of “belly breath” when I want blood to flow down there…..and then I can feel it pulsating and become fuller.

The body has been given no choice but to grow.
Why?
The body is scared that you are going to kill it, and it forces itself to grow bigger and stronger so that it doesn’t interfere.
We don’t have to OVERDO it.

The blood contains of number of things that will help your penis to heal faster and will promote new growth.
hot wrap 15 min jelq and 10 min hot wrap to the letter for the next two months.
Because We should get our things to tired.
But then again, it may respond to shock sessions and changing up your routine.
I heard one of the senior members here say that the weightlifters in the forum had overall larger penises.
I had been getting a little frustrated over the slow down in actual erect growth.

I just wanted to no if there is any correlation between the 2 (besides, enodorphins are NOT growth-stimulants, they’re similar to natural morphine, they induce a greatly relaxed, euphoric state - like a drug; and, yes, I’ve felt this after a mad workout - but it has nothing to do with dick size or muscle growth either).
But you can think of it this way…..you can strech the exact same way every day and get more flexable.
So now i decide to work just 15 - 20 a day 6 on and 1 off per week and i hope that i will get gains this time.

and Yesterday i read the amazing gains of Seismeister.SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITT he made more than 100% gains both in lenght an girth in 2 years and with JUST 15 Mins work a day.
We always have our sex hours later so that it can handle such intensity.
There has been references to bodybuilding when dicussing PE.

I was just choked and had also a good feeling from his point.
Things like doing drop sets, negatives, or forced reps.
So for those of you who want faster results…..work on getting blood pumping through that thing all day long.
When I started lifting consistently again I noticed that blood flow increased to my penis.
I think I just have to stay on one program and one only and be very strict about it.
