yea i do a hot wrap, then some quick stretches and then about ten minutes of jelquing and then a hot wrap.

I usually just do PE everyday when I have time pretty casually, and ofcourse using the ADS for “sit days at work.” I mentioned so much, because I use everything I’ve learned to have a good effect on PE…
NB: During the week i used a pump only one day- i know gains are temporary with a pump but that could be effective.
Whether to use aided V’s or inverted V’s probably comes down to how you are gaining right now.

For lig gains often almost any stretch will work, you simply have to stretch in a direction the stresses the ligs.
although there might be some, and I am just curious, I am just curious, if your “clamped” size has any correlations to your “soon gained” size or your “current gained with viagra” size.
do you recemend any of them together.
Then can you tell me if it’s just an impression or if it’s the truth.
My main desire is girth.

You may want to reconsider going for girth first and then trying for length.
First i am interested in girth because my intuition is that i have to get it bigger and then longer!
If so it might be worth doing the full Newbie Routine and switching up to 3:1.

I do a pretty aggressive routine, wearing the AutoEXT a few hours each day while at work and at home, followed with now 3-6 reps of 10mins clamping, jelquing usually every or every other day, and doing some ulis/horse 440’s both when jelquing and clamping (slightly), and pumping a few times a week.
which ones are the best stretch exercies, V-Stretch, Aided V-stretch, Aided Inverted V-stretch, Simple Manual Stretches and how long do you recommend for each one.

You might want to consider a slightly slower approach and stop beating up your dick so much or your loss of hard wood may end up hanging around for a long time.
