I dont hold them, i just contract and release.
I have skipped a workout this week, and i am thikning of skipping it everytime if eel to sore.

I would not yet buy a pump until you have at least started jelqing and know a little more about PE.
Although I have never tried it (yet) I believe pumping is a lot of fun.

Both theories are actually somewhat wrong.
Personally, I would have a go at the PE exercises for a while before purchasing a pump, just to see what you are able to achieve from them.
And by the way, I am not to sure if I am just wishing that i am.

Pump, I know the term “Rest Days” can be easily misunderstood.
Initially i did the sets sepperately but recently i have been doing the sets with a minute in between.
However, very few have posted permanent gains from pumping, and these came after long hours and many years.
It can mean, that you’re either not working your dick out that day, and giving him simply a break from pulling, stretching and squeezing or you give him a rest day; for him to recover from the inside, meaning building new cells and regenerate.
After all that pumping, I did not have any permanent gains.

Your dick really “rests” when in an erect state, providing him/it with fresh oxygenated blood to jump-start cell growth.
The pc exercises are little wierd.

I don’t know how effective this method is, but it follows the same principle your body uses naturally.
I wasn’t educated enough back then as to workout routines and schedules and all that that I know now.

I bought a pump, actually two, about 6 years ago.

My balls have been really sore lately which brings me to the conclusion that i shouldnt be working out as hard.

I’m currently measuring at about 5.75/4.75 inches.
We will see what happens, i have gotten good legnth gains, nothing in girth yet.
What do u guys think, should i just skip that step?
